Dear QVC

During the evening, I can only watch QVC through my Apple TV while I am in my bed.

Unfortunatly, its bad and what I mean it is:

on the left side of the screen, theres a constant white little window that never moves from the screen and that makes it very difficult to follow the shows. There are times that the product is behind the white window, the host is behind the window and other things as well.

I did address the issue a very long time (last year) and I was been told that the QVC IT is looking about the issue as the Q is famigliar  about the  applivation for Apple TV.

I am updating the application, always I am updation to the latests TV OS and I have waited in case QVC is fixing it,  I am posting the problem again.

I am inserting a photo as to what I see on my Apple TV today. 

Its the Speed Buy window that batters me, it NEVE goes away

I don't have an apple tv but get similar options when I use certain streaming services.  It may be part of the streaming instead of Q's issue.

I hope that the Q can fix it, I can hardly watch/follow a show when that window (right) hides a host and sometimes even the half of the product.

HSN's application though is perfect on the Apple TV, it even goes away sometimes and the product advertized is in full screen.

QVC please fix this issue, thank you!

This is apple tv.It has always been this way. Att now doesn't look like. Contact apple, but not now.You'll be wasting your time.
