Just curious. Do you ever remove a poster who is continually insulting and sour to others across all the boards?

What is your criteria for removing a obnoxious, rude and bitter person?

Thanks !

I'm sure some of those posters have second acccounts so it would be hard to keep them off the boards, but I think if QVC would leave the posters name on a post that they removed it might make them think twice about doing it again.

Can I send a reply from my own email that Q has on file ?

I don't want it to be visible.

@SharkE

Yes- just copy/paste the thread link in the e-mail so the mod on duty knows what you're talking about.

Yes, that would work or I can email you if you'd like and you can "reply" to it.

Good morning Sharke!  You could always report abuse or innappropriate.  No one has any way of knowing it's you.  I've done it, I happy to say.  And when the offensive post stayed, I hit it again.  And asked for a supervisor to review.  And goodbye post....

But they give you the opportunity to explain WHY you think the post is offensive, which I sometimes go into great detail.

Have a great weekend all!
