Please QVC and Affinity, could You please consider making some of the colored diamond pieces WITHOUT the Black Rhodium!!  The black Rhodium is so over done and it really darkens the stone's to the point of not really having muh pop of color.  I would like to see some done wiht the natural colors showing through.  I might consider buying a piece then.

That's exactly what has kept me from buying colored diamonds.  I don't get it.  Logically, setting the colored stones in a light, bright setting (especially white gold or silver) will allow the light to go through the stone and make the color more apparent while black rhodium just darkens and dulls the color.  

Color me confused.

Unless of course, they are trying to mask imperfections in the stones or mis-matched coloring. ??

I don't get it either!  Seems like they think one look is universally what everyone wants, it isn't.  Same with Black handbags.... try finding one without a contrasting (or lighter) top stitching!!  Not much out there .....
