I just went online to see what was in AM Style this morning. I saw a Clinton Kelly top (A289815) that I wanted to purchase so I put it in my cart and placed my order. I went back to look at the order to look at the color of another item I ordered in the same order and that's where I saw it said the top was an Advance Order . It will not ship out until 3/15/17.
No where in the description online or in the presentation does it tell us it is an Advance Order. This has happened to me numerous times the past 6 months or so. Why is QVC not making it very clear in the online descriptions and when it is presented that items are advance order. Some items during the presentation are clearly mentioned they are adanced order but if you look in the online description it doesn't tell you that.
As a customer I need to know this - I may be purchasing this for a gift or an item for a specific event or purpose, etc. If it is very clear that's it's an advance order from the start I can make the choice on whether it will work for me to order it.
QVC please make it extremely clear that an item is Advance Order on the website and in the presentations. Right now it is very hit and miss and I shouldn't have to go back and look at each order I have place to see if a particular item is an Advanced Order item.
