@loriqvc I answer it whenever there's the option to do so. I find it helpful myself when reading reviews for makeup, especially.

Do I give my real age or the one I feel in my head?   I rarely give my age on surveys (reviews).   Age doesn't automatically change one's outlook or perception of something.  You'll find that to be true as you age too.

I think it’s a great idea to add the age of the reviewer but only if optional. I also think reviewers should only be those who have purchased the item.

Anyone who follows advertising at all knows older people aren't considered in decisions.  I once signed up for a Bobbie Brown board that included age question.  Never heard a word after that.  If you think age is important include it in your review of products.
