Many times I have called QVC's customer service about a return that may have been received by a warehouse but hasn't shown up in my account. When an item is returned to Amazon, whether via USPS or UPS, it is scanned and Amazon gets the message that you have initiated the process. About an hour later, you receive an email acknowledging the return. I wish that the Q could so this. It would soothe the nerves!

Yes, if they can log your order in seconds the same should be for the return. IMO it's their backdoor legal way of keeping your money a little longer.

I just got emails last week on returns.

On the return from there is a box to check it you want to be notified about your return. Whenever I return, I check it and receive an email.

Many times I have gotten an email that my Return Is On Its Way (back).
I have also gotten emails when QVC finally processes the return and credits my account.
However, I do NOT get an email saying they have received it. I have to track it myself.
I had a return and paid my own return cost. The PO got it back to QVC in 3 days.
Tracking shows delivered to QVC on the 19th.
For almost 2 weeks they have had the item and no credit issued or email sent.
That needs improvement!
I know I can call C/S and request they do it. I shouldn't have to though. It was a $10 item on 6 EZ pay, so I am not out a bundle here! LOL

The return process has become a complete disgrace! As a result, I have slowed down in 2020 on ordering. Just here and there and only items I think I will keep or I have ordered before. QVC is doing NOTHING to improve this. The poor Customer service agents are hearing this on a daily basis. Shame, shame on corporate. The warehouse does not return promptly when items arrived and I package my returns so well that any idiot could figure out what I have written ---even in extra note inside the return. I have had to call poor customer service to return refunds to my VISA and this is just not acceptable.
Wake up QVC corportate. You are not improving anything as as a result you are going to lose business when people give up and quit ordering.

I don't use Q's return labels. They go parcel post which is the slowest possible way and is not tracked by USPS.
For another dollar and change, I can send something back by priority mail and get daily tracking updates and a delivery notification. Having the tracking number also helps when calling CS since Q can't figure out how to process returns in a timely manner. However, I had to return something from the January gold day and was surprised to see it processed 3 days after receipt....which is really fast for Q.

I have an issue when the returns are not showing up or being refunded timely. Also, if I mail everything I return in one bag - the return charge is too much. Please fix QVC!
