ALREADY BILLED AND NO PRODUCT

I totally agree with everyone on how long shipping takes. A product I ordered said it was shipped on Jan. 26th and yesterday, Feb. 2nd my Q Card bill arrived and I am being charged for the item I am still waiting to receive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This shipping is definitely taking waaaaay to long and besides that.....I live 10 miles from the new So. Calif. shipping warehouse in Ontario and still waiting for my order!!!! Come on QVC....you have a lot of competition out there and most items can be bought cheaper in the regular marketplace and the majority of those that need to be shipped, I can get quicker than getting anything from QVC. I buy very little from QVC anymore....I get ideas and go out in the marketplace and pick items up cheaper. When is QVC ever going to learn to cut out the shipping and besides that, we a re paying so much more for the products because they are trying to re-coop the shipping charges by raising the cost of the item. Example: Faroe Island salmon - that has gone up $10.00. QVC has become too expensive, for me anyway, and I can afford it but it is the principle!
