A user-friendly website would be nice

Instead of always making things glitzy and dealing with promoting sales, could you do a few things to make the website easier to use for the customers?   My main gripe is that when you click on an item from your wishlist, you can't read the reviews or the product information.  You have to copy the Item No. to a new search and then you get a page with these things on it.   Could you please work on this, cause I'm getting weary of doing this.

Re: A user-friendly website would be nice

We have all been asking for this repeatedly ever since the Wish List changes were done.

I would also like to see a Limited Qty feature added so you know when something in your wish list is about to sell out.

I am glad they have added the "More Colors Available" feature!  Now I know if I should check the item out further.

I agree so please QVC consider and execute the consumer request since buying from other stores and internet websites make it much easier  to buy.

Other businesses are also very consumer friendly, and if suggesitons by consumer iare made they do very quickly implement ithe suggestions, if they feel it would be beneficial for their "Consumer Purchases".

Thank you!

Re: A user-friendly website would be nice

I find searching for merchandise on the Q site to be an exercise in futility.  Heavens knows how much business they lose because people can't find things.

Take for instance, the lack of a cross reference between related or matching items.  Bought a QF shirt last summer and I remembered there were matching capris.  There was no cross reference and those pants couldn't be found using any search.  Finally a poster who'd bought the pants kindly supplied the item number.  By then, they were sold out and, although I stalked them, I was never able to buy a pair.

Please make the regular font larger so we don't have to enlarge the font every time.  It is so hard to read some the posts.  Surely that's not what the Q wants!

Re: A user-friendly website would be nice

I'm still waiting for the wishlist (have asked a zillion times) to go back to the former style...where I could make notes on size, color and the way something fits......my begging falls on deaf ears.
