HERES A SUGGESTION. DON'T CHARGE PEOPLE TO RETURN UNSATISFACTORY ORDERS WHO CAN GET THE SAME MERCHANDISE AND RETURN IT FOR FREE FROM AMAZON.

Why don't you just order from Amazon?  You know if you return something to the Q, there will be return fees in most instances.

Unless the item is defective in some way, I think the customer should pay for returns BUT shipping to the customer should NEVER have an additional charge for shipping.  The customer is already paying for it.

I am assuming $6.95 both ways? Unsatisfactory as in I don't like it or as it is defective? There is a big difference.

Why would a person buy items from QVC and return them for a fee when they know they can buy elsewhere with free returns?

Then...complain about it.

They are causing their own problems.

I agree... it does get frustrating when stuff is sized odd --- the return charges do add up--- this coming from a big shopper at the Q

There are a lot of retailers that offer free shipping. Try them.

When someone buys from Q, they know they'll get hit with shipping and return fees. Stop buying from Q if it bothers you. I did and can find everything I want elsewhere.

My gripe is Q should state the return fee instead of saying " Just buy it and if you don't like it just send it back".
