Drew and his wife Brittany donated 5 million dollars to the state of Louisiana for Covid 19 relief.

I've always had the utmost admiration for him. Now even more so. There are so many great athletes who are also great people.

Did you see the interview he did with Hoda Kotb on the Today show this morning? He was great and Hoda got so choked up that she made me cry

"I also think a lot of of things are contagious, including generosity," she told New Orleans Saints quarterback Drew Brees at the end of a segment about his $5 million donation to help feed Louisiana families. Kotb also worked as a reporter for a local New Orleans news station in the 1990s.

Cutting away from the interview to the show break, Kotb struggled to speak and turned away from the camera, saying "sorry."

She couldn't go on and Savannah G. had to finish the segment. I think Hoda has a good heart too.
