wow...disappointed

ok so my amazon zip zip satchel arrived yesterday and was surprised at the lightness of the leather and the design. i didn't know the hardware on amazon bags were nickel(silver) and line on the front of the bag isn't a pocket. the leather felt like cardboard. really disappointed for this price point so back it went./></p> <p>i don't live near a dooney and bourke so i really depend on the site's description. this is also my 4th exchange for the trade in program. i don't believe in keeping a bag if i don't love it. customer service told me this would be the last time. i don't understand that since i'm paying the shipping and duty. when i received the item, half the box was smashed in with clear tape over it and it also had some holes on the outside. when i opened it, the bag was in the dust bag with the return sticker on the outside of the bag. there was no tissue or clear wrap on the outside(it looked used). i hope they take this bag back since i sent it back right away it was just a weird experience...not what dooney usually does. anyways, just needed to vent...<img src=
