have had problems with feet for years. decided to try vionic. went to ebay, because of the price. first got slippers which were so very supportive and thick soled. wanted to try them out around the house. loved them. so ordered a pair of sandals from ebay. neon blue color, but again, wanted to try them out first. the soles on the neon blue were much thinner than the slippers, yet still conformed to the foot nicely. so I was sold. ordered two decently looking sandals from ebay (I truly think a lot of them are just plain uggo, but if they feel good I'll get them). Loved the look of the two pairs I'd received from ebay. Wore them a few days later and yoi! The left foot was definitely cut larger than the right. upon closer inspection, one can actually see the difference. I'd tried them on briefly, but did NOT notice the difference til I wore them a while. One of the few times I'm returning something. I feel bad doing it, and it was really hard to find the seller's contact info. (not real good on computer). anyway, a few days ago I remember on these boards, somebody mentioning how the footbed was made for someone with very long toes for the thong type shoe. thought I'd be fine, have long toes. anyway, just checked Q for pics of vionic soles on sandals and they also seem quite thin. Anyone every order from elsewhere and found these problems I'm having to be true with your purchase? I guess you get what you pay for, but I've been becoming more and more leery of the Q's pricing and s/h. Any comments would be appreciated. thanks for your time, sorry to ramble on, but those slippers felt so good, and boom,,,,,shoes were not the same feel.

Check out 6pm.com. The prices make up for the return shipping fees, but you can score some deals there. There are a lot of different styles- I just checked.
Good luck!

I do most of my Vionic ordering from QVC unless they are sold out of a style or color then I go to Footsmart and a few other online stores. I have never "ever" had a problem with any of my Vionic/Orthaheel sandals and I own about 12 pairs in different styles. Of course you are going to find a style that is not comfortable or doesn't fit your foot properly just as you would if you were to walk into the shoe department at Nordstom or Lord & Taylor. I'm very much into fashion and I have to disagree with you about most of the styles looking UGGO!!!! This season especially they have come out with some very trendy styles.
I have several pairs of the slippers too. As far as the footbed being thin, or one shoes being larger than the other, never experienced any of it. Perhaps your buying defective pairs on ebay which is why they are on there in the first place and white the prices is less. I would rather pay full price.

The Ebay seller may have been selling seconds, which could explain the difference in the shoes. My feet are short and sorta square, which is one reason I love, love Birkenstocks. Vionics are good too, since I do pronate. I was surprised at how much I like the thongs I got in 2012, the sole is on the thin side; they are comfortable for light errands and short walks around the neighborhood. I do agree that the toe area is too long for my tootsies. I returned last years TSV, too long in the toes although the arch hit properly. My other Vionics are Mary Janes and walkers.

On 5/25/2014 atir said: I would like to order one in every color of the TSV from last year. I ordered the black, white and gold. I can't remember the name of them but they are flip flops that have adjustability to make them narrower and a big "gemstone" over the toe slide. I LOVE these and apparently so does everyone else. I can not find them ANYWHERE! Please help orthoheel!!!!!!!

I wonder if the sandals were different sizes. I know QVC sells large lots of items - I am guessing their returns. And I can see that with these large lots sometimes the sizes get mixed up. I can't help but think that is where many of the sellers on ebay get their merchandise.
Is the size marked on the sandals? I have bought about 5 pairs of Orthaheel but I bought them directly from QVC and have not had any trouble with sizes of the sandals or slippers.

I have bought both Orthaheel and Birkenstocks from Ebay and have had the best of luck, the shoes arrived in their normal shoe boxes wrapped in paper just as I would get them from any reliable store. They fit perfect and had no signs of ware on the soles. Plus the prices were very fair.
