I am confused.  Did you think that the boots would never be sold for a price lower than the TSV price?   I don't think Qvc has ever said that about an item.  I could be wrong but I don't recall any host ever saying that.  It's been 4 months since that TSV price, so I can understand why they wouldn't  adjust the price...just for you.  When I order a TSV or OTO or a Sale priced item, I honestly don't even care if it eventually goes on sale months later for an even cheaper price.  I don't care.

With all due respect, I don't think you've been suckered at all.  You bought your boots in August and we're now racing through December.  There are many brick and mortar stores that will not adjust pricing if you buy something at a special pirce and then four months later they decide to clear out stock and reduce the item far below their special pricing.  Whatever they call the sale or reduction, four months is really too long down the road to expect any price adjustment....  I agree with Chrystaltree in that when I buy something and four months later realize it's $20 less than I paid (or whatever) I just figure I've already enjoyed $20 worth of the item.....

I hope this doesn't stop you from enjoying your purchase....
