I know there is a older thread,but wanted to ask if someone has tried the LOUISE?

No, I've not worn the Louise.  I wear Sandy Stretch Knit Silver.  They have a great return policy.  I returned a pair with no problem.  I might be wrong, but I think they pay return postage too. So you could try them.  I need a laceup shoe for walking.

I haven't tried that model but dealing with them was very easy.  They pay shipping both ways, no questions asked.  I did return a pair and was credited very quickly.
