I agree if you have a 30 day window to try them on then you should have done that. Especially since it was an online order with a style that might have been new for you. I’m the opposite I always try anything I get online or even a brick and mortar store because I hate having returns laying around. Also I can be sure that I have the receipts for the things I buy so I can get rid of them faster. But that’s me. Shoes are so subjective.

@RespectLife   wow.   Pretty harsh    Yes she should have tried them on but rubbing salt in the wound isn't very nice.

I wasn't  rubbing salt in the wound or being harsh.  Just stating a fact that others agreed with.  There are other posts saying the exact same thing if you read the entire thread.

 

I don't agree with blaming anyone else including a company for my error.
