Yet Another Trade-In Question

I’m considering using a bag that is exclusive to QVC as a trade-in (A203807 Logo Lock Hobo) and am wondering if anyone knows how the trade-in value is determined with these? I mean, there is the TSV price (which is what I paid), the current featured price ($249.60), the QVC Price ($274.50), and the Retail Value ($338.00). {#emotions_dlg.confused1}
