Why does Susan keep calling the stitching on te Binocular Bag a whip stitch?

A whip stitch goes around and around.....isn't this a pick-stitch on this bag? I see whip stitch on a lot of handles.

Since the length of the thread you see is the same length as the one you do not, it looks more like a running stitch. The ratio of a pick stitch is very different.

It is a running stitch.

You are correct. That is not a whip stitch. Even Susan makes mistakes.
