What's up with Q lately?

First, I received a used purse. It was obviously used. I returned it.

Second, I received a purse that I did not even order! I called CS and they looked it up and agreed to pay for the return shipping and all, but it is frustrating! Luckily, the one I originally ordered is still available and they are going to send it to me as soon as they receive the wrong one back, but still...

I am hoping that I get the right TSV. It has been shipped. Fingers crossed.
