A couple of Saturday's ago, I ordered those Ortho flip-flops that were on easy-pay.....thought they would be great for summer. I noticed that during the presentation they kept saying that if you were a woman and wore a half-size, to size DOWN to the nearest whole size (which I did). I wear a 6 1/2 shoe and usually get a 7 in a sandal.....sometimes I even wear a 6 in a flat, so I do not think I'm at the high end of 6 1/2......anyway, I got the flip=flops.....when I put them on and started walking, my heel kept hitting the back edge of the sandal.....not good!! I boxed them up and returned them the same day I received them asking them to exchange them for a size 7. I just got an e-mail from the Q saying that they received my return and would be issuing a credit to my credit card. I enclosed the portion of my receipt that indicated what I wanted them to do.....EXCHANGE THE SANDAL, but they obviously didn't bother to even read it. I suppose I could have called customer service and told them about it, but I'm out my return shipping and I'm not even interested in the sandals anymore.........if they were unable to get them in a 7 or had them on back-order, they should have told me that in the e-mail, but nothing like that was even mentioned. Anyway, if anyone else orders these things, go with your gut when it comes to the size you order.
