WARNING-Dooney Sales Bags

Received my order from Dooney in Dallas. The ones that had tags had green dots and the others have no tags. They claim they always remove the tags when people buy bags. So I don't know if that means the bag is new or used or irregular but that is not Dooney's corporate policy and it irks me that they take advantage of people with "all sales final" and send out this kind of merchandise. Be careful.
