Smiley Happy I would totally love it if it had longer handles and no strap. I want a typical shoulder bag!!! This one would be great for carrying folders, work papers, etc.

I love it as a satchel, but then satchels tend to be my preferred silhouette. Rest assured though that if it sells well they'll come out with a shoulder version!

Yep, that's how it seems to work. Case in point, they came out with the Clayton and it was very popular. Next thing you know, they came out with the Kingston, or at least so it seems. And yep, I think most of us have enough handbags to use, if (and it's a big if) it can ever be said that there's any such thing as enough, where bags are concerned!

Hahaha Smiley Wink I am looking at my kitchen island....wow, 7 new bags within 1.5 months!!! But 2 of them are going back..... and I still can't decide which bag to travel with! Lol. The Florentine vachetta satchel is SO heavy on the narrow strap when I load it with my stuff. GILI backpack seems better on the shoulder but its leather is so soft and delicate I don't feel safe loading the bag with so much heavy stuff (3 kindle fires, 2 readers, camera, battery charger, wallet, cosmetic bag, 2 phones, chargers, a small binder because I need to bring some docs I can't bend) so.....maybe my next MK bag will fit the bill!!! I'm about to give it all up and load my Jansport backpack instead. Lol. At least for my flight trip...and just put my handbag inside... problem is I'm already traveling with a roller backpack I'm bringing for my niece. I will look like an idiot carrying 2 backpacks. Lol

TK, you ought to have made one of those new bags a nice big zip-top tote!

LOL....well, to find one of those is a challenge as well! Not to mention, they look too simple for my taste....and I saw one I liked but I really don't care for Saffiano leather....and it has very thin handles!

I like Saffiano, though an item or two is my limit, I don't want a whole closet of it. Agree on the straps. They're very thin, though I bet they'd stay in place... I'm looking to add a large Kors Saffiano satchel to the arsenal one day soon... It's going to have to wait for a real sale though. I like Kors, but I try never to pay full retail.

The Q seems to have reached their limit with the Florentines. You never see any of the other higher end Dooney lines shown here. Frankly, I wish they would. The same bags shown relentlessly are getting stale.
