FOR ME, I order my true size.  I bought a pair and they said go DOWN, well my HEEL was right at the edge.

 

FOR ME, I don't like the look of sandals right at the end, it looks like you were "desperate" and bought the wrong size.  I order my TRUE Size.

My sandals came today--A288767.  I absolutely love the styling of them, and I love the cork.  They are too big though, probably 1/2 size.  I'm exchanging them for 7 1/2 to see if they work.

 

This is the second pair of shoes this season that I've worn a 7 1/2 instead of an 8.  Do your feet shrink when you get older?  This is strange to me as I've worn an 8 in everything for a very long time.
