I love the Tide and just saw the Shore presented on QVC. I see it's the same footbed as the Tide. I was going to get another pair of Tide but I thinik I would rather get the Shore. Love the Pewter. Are these as comfy as the Tide? There's a review that says you feet slip around in them. Do you find that to be true?

Hi, Blondelle. I don't have the Shore, but I do have 8-9 pairs of Orthaheel/Vionic sandals. Some with the toe posts (like the Tides), and others are slides. What I've learned is some styles are more narrow/medium widths, while others tend to run more medium/wide in their widths. I'm guessing based on the reviews that the Shore are the medium/wide style. Some of the older Orthaheel styles used to state in the description how they ran. They should go back to stating that on ALL of their shoes. So my guess, is if you have a narrow foot, I'd avoid the Shore. HTH

I have a standard medium width foot that is "fat", i.e. fleshy. My feet slip badly in the original Tide, all over the place. I have read that the Tides are wider than others of their flip-flops. Based on my experience with the Tide, I am listening for "slightly narrower" footbed in their flip-flop descriptions.
