I often wondered how she could run all over the place, kids in tow, airports, etc., in those heels. Well, Father Time has a way of catching up with all of us eventually. I used to do it too. Now I can barely walk. Not only is it bad for your feet, but your spine as well. I know, lol.

Another one is Gwen Stefani. She's no spring chicken either. Maybe she'll trade hers in for cowboy boots😄

@aoldgirl sorry to hear you may have the surgery. The only loss of feeling I have is in my left foot between 2 of my toes. It never bothers me. I hardly notice it. Well worth the pain relief. The surgery was quick and the recovery with the boot on was pretty quick. I'd like to suggest that you see a podiatrist surgeon and not an orthopedist. Good luck and we'll wishes!

I'm happy Ms. Beckham has given me permission NOT to buy those gorgeous Marc Fisher strappy heels I've been afraid to get. I haven't worn anything higher than 2 inches in years, but those got me drooling. When I think of my balance problems and the broken ankle from last winter . . . I'm relieved.
