Vera website packaging

Ordered several bags directly from Vera site in the past, and they always arrived carefully wrapped in tissue inside a Vera box. Guess things are a-changing because my Glenna arrived today stuffed flat into a cheap plastic bag and jammed into my mailbox. Certainly doesn't make a good presentation for a Christmas gift. Disappointed because this was not a purchase from some big box discount retailer -- this was a full-price purchase direct from Vera.
