I've bought lots of clothes from EBay with price tags still attached and most of them marked down but still high quality. I love Talbots clothes and have gotten some really teriffic deals. One of my favorite EBay vendors does this for a living and shops for bargains.

No, I don't think they're stollen. I've bought quite a few eBay VB pieces to give as gifts. I serious doubt a person would have the opportunity to steal matched set or large quantities of the same pattern. I imagine they get them at dispersal sales as they're all old patterns. I also don't think they're counterfeit as it would cost more to copy them than they're worth. People counterfeit expensive items like Louis Vitton handbags or Rolex watches.

Only way to go. I have bought a number of VB bags on eBay and have never been disappointed. I just decide what I want and keep looking until the price is right. Have never paid over $25-30 including shipping.
