Yes, Vera Bradley is the manufacturer & the seller. Every so often they go on ebay & have great deals. They just started doing this recently. Great way to get some awesome deals.

Thanks to someone on this forum who posted about these sales a month or two ago, I got my first VB at that time. At this most recent sale I got a large colorblock tote for less than $20 including tax. Free s/h. Incredible sale. But it's all over for now.
