VB Coupons?

I recently joined the mailing list at VB.com, and they emailed me a coupon for $20 off a $75 purchase either online or at VB stores.

My question is does it have to be VB store only (as there are none in my area) or will other retailers that sell VB such as Hallmark, etc accept this coupon?
