Upset times Four

Has this happened to you? Received obviously used Dooney & Bourke products ordered from QVC, but I didn't order "As Is!" Never happened before in the four years I've been purchasing from them, then boom, four times in a row. I did call CS and won't be charged return shipping. I do love the products I have received new, beautifully wrapped!
