And, not a good update.
I've been waiting for this vendor to reimburse my return shipping for a defective teardrop hobo that I returned to them the 14th of January. They promptly credited my credit card for the price of the bag. I'm now on the 3rd or 4th go around of stories from them, in trying to receive a credit for shipping.
Latest is - I received an email from them Feb 10th stating I would receive a store credit for the amount of return shiping. I called them and said I don't want a store credit. Woman told me that they had to contact a store and get THEM to run the credit through to my credit card; that's what the email meant by 'store credit'. Seems bizarre to me.
No credit has shown on my credit card so I called them today. Accounting is supposed to email me. Twice before have I been told I would be contacted by them, and I wasn't.
This is a very strange company. The prices are tempting, but internally they are obviously messed up.
