Got the Cheetah thong sandals today. They are not soft, or flexible . The inside sole is hard plastic, and not lined . The size 5 I ordered barely fit, with my heels right to the edge. Size 6 is too loose and big . Also the arch support isn't much at all, could hardly notice it's there . I have very high arches , and narrow feet . Im very disappointed, and sending these back at a $7.00 shipping expense ....NEVER AGAIN!!

So sorry. I know you are disappointed. Go to a shoe site which allows free returns. There are other sandals with ergonomic footbeds. (I've stopped ordering shoes from QVC some time ago. Even with free returns and exchanges, there is just too much chance to be unsatisfied. And that costs.)

I'll add...after seeing these in person, they are very over priced. I don't think they're worth more than$18.00. I'll have to stick with shoe shopping in stores from now on. I ordered these online because the stores only carry size 6's, no 5's...and the 6 is too loose. Oh well☹

I've gotten several pairs of Spencoes from Zulily. They've all had a prominent arch support and a natural cork footbed. I found them to be very comfortable. I mostly just wear them around the house.
