I ordered a Villager in Boysenberry from the big river site 
...and it came with one of the straps twisted! Of course it was the LAST one in that style/pattern combo too 
I suppose I either have to live with it or return if for a refund and then find it elsewhere. Has this ever happened to anyone before?
