Which Vera Bradley would you recommend for travel? I'm thinking for an overnight trip or airline carry on. Thanks for your input.

I'm no Vera Bradley expert, and I don't have many of the bags, but I did take this one on my recent long trip. On the plane, it was my carry on , and I didn't check any bags. I packed it with clothes for a 3-day stay. I kept it under my seat on the plane, and took it everywhere else with me too. After I got home and unpacked it, I immediately threw it into the washer. Now it's hanging up clean and dry!

You might consider a backpack A258415 or travel bag A232847.

If we are at an airport that you have to walk a lot then we carry our backpacks.

Last trip we took, I used the A232847 but our gate was right where we came in, so I didn't have to carry it very far and it has a shoulder strap.

For a carry on or overnight, the Get Carried Away tote. The thing is huge with lots of pockets.

I use the Weekender. I particularly like it for airplane travel. It's not too heavy or bulky to carry around an airport, and it fits well in the overhead compartment. If you want something to hold clothes for several days, this might not be the one for you. For overnight, it's great. HTH

I second A7512. I travel everywhere with Vera Bradley bags. I especially like this one. Notice the double handle.... make it easier to carry because there is a choice.

When I go in the car I use a full large duffel. At the airport I also use a duffel but I check it.

I could never take just one bag however. I have to carry for two. Hubby and I use one garment bag, one duffel and one of the A7512 or similar. The garment bag is on wheels.
