Trade-in Question

I know this has probably been talked about adnauseum but I'm seriously thinking about sending one of my older Dooneys in for a trade-in quote. For those of you who have already done this did you think the amount you got was fair? I am thinking about trading in a bag I paid $200 for about five years ago. It's still in great shape but I just never use it because it's a hand held bag and I have issues with my arm so I can't carry heavier bags that way anymore. It's one of the larger open top satchels in the signature fabric with naked leather trim. I'm thinking I'll be lucky to get $50. Also, how did you ship your bag to them? Did you do the whole insured package thing? That could really cut into the amount you get with a larger bag. This one's gonna need a pretty big box.
