Tignanello Handbag Quality?

OK, so it's not Coach, but neither is the price. I was in TJMaxx today and saw several of these. The leather was nice, the stitching was neatly done, the lining was nice with leather trimmed pockets. Some of the styling was really nice as well. So what really is the difference? Do these not wear and age well?
