Those with Roma 2 snake any problems with finish?

I ordered the snake and black Roma 2. I love both! I just noticed today that the snake has a few places where the "scales" are lifting and the finish along the bottom of one side is starting to become frayed????? (im thinking where its rubbing on my clothes when I carry it) not quite sure how to describe it. Anyone else having this issue? I like this purse and this makes me extremely sad!

I've seen that kind of wear on other snake embossed leathers, from many brands. And yes, it's caused by the friction of the leather against your clothing or other things. It happens with many real snake handbags also.

The thought of real snake scales rubbing off on anything near me - ahhhhhhhhh! Pictured that in my mind and creeped myself out.
