TSV shipping prices

I ordered the Caramel bag and the shipping was $11.47 and it's suppose to come on 11/13. Now when I go to the item online and down below it says Estimate Delivery Dates and I put in my zip code it gives me several prices and dates none of which match mine. I see a price of $7.47 for 11/15. I would have waited 2 day for $4 less. OR for only $1 more it would have come 5 days earlier on 11/8? I guess I must have used the speed buy button instead of the Add to Cart. So if I pick Add to Cart then I can choose another shipping price? Can I call and change it now?
