Spicy Sac Question

This will be my 1st Fabric Dooney but before I purchase, how do they hold up?

Do they get dirty? How do they wear? Are they water resistant.

All my Dooney's are leather but the fabric Coach I have held up great although it's a patterned handbag and any dirt doesn't show. The Dooney I'm looking at is of a solid color so I was just curious because you ladies are the experts.
