Just seen A393325 Spenco gored lace slip on sneaker next Tuesday TSV.

I like this brand a lot but wondered about wearing sneakers in the summer weather - they look really nice - any but would they make your feet too hot - any comments thank you.

An enclosed sneaker is too hot for me in the summer, although these are really cute.  The only pair I wear in hot weather is one with lacy perforations all over the shoe which give lots of ventilation.

Also I find that Spenco runs wide for me (I wear a medium width), so I wouldn't buy these unless I could adjust the laces.  They are apparently the bungee style with permanently fixed laces.

@Kachina624  Good point about not being able to adjust laces. -  I, too, am medium width so something to think about.  Thank you.

@dulwich - I like Spenco a lot too, and I used to avoid sneakers like the plague! I owned one pair of athletic shoes I would wear when I needed to. Then last year I bought some "sneakers" - in my case Skechers. I thought they would make my feet feel like they were wrapped in something, but they didn't. They were lightweight and comfortable and my feet didn't feel hot. I went back and got more.

I saw the upcoming TSV. I feel guilty getting another pair, but I like Spenco enough that I might. I don't think you'll be sorry if you get them!  Smiley Happy

@beach-mom   I keep looking at them as they look really nice.  As this is a brand I really like I have decided to go for it - now which pattern to get!   Thank you for your help.

@dulwich - Let me know which pattern calls to you! I like quite a few of them.  And YW! Smiley Happy

Sneakers are much too warm for me to wear in summer months, but I'm in Florida. Even in winter months I only wear sneakers to do my exercise walking, and then I must always wear with sport socks to avoid stinkies. I like the TSV in the navy print and would buy in a heartbeat if I still lived up north.

These are adorable.  I couldn't resist and ordered the putty. Sneakers are too hot for me in the summer but spring/fall before boot season I wear sneakers.

I think the tsv is really cute.  However, like others, I won't buy because I can't adjust the laces.  I have an extremely high arch and  bungee laces just cut into my foot. I learned this with a pair of Sketchers. So lucky if you can wear them!

These are adorable and I am tempted but have plenty of shoes and sneaks, and do NOT need another. My storage space is tight.  Besides shoes that I order, barely ever fit me. Almost always a return. Big pass today.
