So I ordered 2 pair of the recent Spenco TSV tennis shoes.  They don't fit so I need to return them.  They came in a shoe bag, inside of a cardboard box direct from the manufacturer.  I would like to return them in one box, which I can do if I just have to return the shoes in the shoe bag.  Do you think I need to return them in the cardboard manufacturer box?  Is my question making sense?  TIA.

Re: Spenco TSV Return Question

No. I've returned items in different packaging than what it was shipped it.  As long as you send the item and paperwork I don't see why it would matter how you send it back.

I think any box you have is good.

Re: Spenco TSV Return Question

Are you saying your shoes didn't arrive in a regular shoe box?  Just 2 bags of shoes in a carton?

I ordered two pairs and each pair came in a shoe box.

Re: Spenco TSV Return Question

THey did not arrive in a typical shoe box per se.  It was a manufacturer's cardboard shipping box.  The shoes were in a shoe bag in the box.

Re: Spenco TSV Return Question

My two didn't fit either.  I put both shoe bags in a different box along with another return item.  The receipts are there along with a letter.  I'm sure it will be fine.
