Someone explain this to me please! (sunglasses)

Lots of people wear glasses all the time. i do myself. I love Fitovers, and actually have several pairs. My question? Why on earth do people throw a hissy fit because you can see the glasses under them? What possible negative impact does this have on the course of one's life? If you wear glasses anyway, do they become a dirty little secret if you put Fitovers over them? Aren't there lots of more important things about overall appearance than hiding glasses that you wear anyway?
