The Florentine med bag I purchased "as is" had some condition problems - one being a sticky substance on the bottom. I went to the chat on D&B and they said to only use a buffing cloth on the bag to maintain the beauty. I was told that the buffing cloth cannot remove any sticky residue. They said this is a high maintainance bag. I don't know at this point how to clean the bottom of this bag. I really liked the bag. How do you clean the Florentine...anyone have a suggestion before I return the bag? Thanks.
