Shoes With Back Straps

I have one pair of Vionic Orthaheels and they are just about worn out. Would like to see more styles with a back strap as I have complications from nerve damage from failed back surgery and have trouble keeping on mules and slides, can't wear lace up shoes, and most closed in shoes cause blisters because I have to size down. Thanks for listening.
