This is a long shot but a while back there was a discussion on a black flat perforated leather shoe posters liked for the comfort.  I believe @Shanus was in on that discussion as I believe (again) that she had purchased it.  It didn't have a thick sole and was very cute.  I cannot find that thread or the shoe and would really like any help anyone can give me.  Again, I know it's a long shot but there are so many resourceful posters here.  Thank you.

Could it be Earth Origins Perforated Leather Flats, item #A454883? I have them in red. There are only 2 colors left and the sizing is very limited on QVC, but maybe you can find the black ones on another site.

I assume you looked at QVC's perforated shoes.  

Pickolino's is known for it's perforated leather.
