They're great until you return something. I returned a pair of sketchers two weeks ago, and have not gotten a refund. I telephone customer service, emailed customer service, and was told it takes a few days to get a refund. After two weeks, I'm very annoyed. If they don't refund me by Tuesday, I'm calling my credit card company.  They have good prices, but they're refund policy leaves a lot to be desired

It seems that many companies are slow with returns.  I had a return at Sundance that took almost a month.
