Does anyone wear the Sperry brand? Either the sneakers or boatshoes?? I bought a pair of sneakers. They were really lovely looking, but half a size too big and not very comfy. They claim to have memory foam footbeds but I could not feel it. Back they went. free returns. I thought the boatshoe might be more comfy. ???

I have tried on cute Sperry tennis shoes several times but they just weren’t comfortable.

I had a pair of boat shoes in college (100 years ago) and wore them until they fell apart (without socks).   I purchased a pair a few years ago and they tore my feet up, which isn't how I remembered them.

Have a few pairs of sneakers and had a boat shoe.

Had to go down 1/2 size in both.

Boat shoes not comfortable.  Felt like I was leaning slightly backwards when I wore them.  ???  Insoles could use more padding.

Sneakers are very comfortable.

I purchased a cute pair of Sperry boat shoes in coral last spring; cute yes, comfy no.

Cannot speak for other styles, but the boat shoe I bought has no cushioning. I don't wear them when I will be doing a lot of walking.

I've had a pair of boat shoes for years. They are so very comfortable and I have never had a problem with them. In fact, it's about time I get another pair.

@DrKelli  I found the same thing to be true.  I wore a pair I purchased from Macy's decades ago it seems, until they wore out.  Then I bought a pair from Sperry and from another department store, and I had to return them.  They were cut so narrow.

I have 3 pair of Sperry’s now: loafer, boat shoe, & ballet flat. I love all of mine. They have held up well with repeated wearings. I wear my regular size in Sperry. I have a narrow heel and wider forefoot. Sometimes I add heel grippers to my shoes, but that is true of lots of brands for me due to a narrow heel.

They are a really good looking shoe. Whether its a sneak or boatshoe. I wanted to love them, but not comfy. Then your feet are not comfy, nothing else is comfy.
