i just took a look at them.  clunky is not a word i would have used. if anything, they looked streamlined, and liteweight.  i thought that they were pretty cute.  i guess it depends what you are used to.  (rubber flip flops?)

nope. never wear flipflops. Vionics are my shoe of choice. the best. thought  spenco might be ok. not for me.

I have Spenco sandals that I much prefer over Vionic. They have a smooth cork footbed and the arch support doesn't hurt like it does in Vionics. It's not as high or as hard. Mine are streamlined and sleek.
