I initially ordered the Cream Snake, which is stunning. Then, I went back and ordered the Blush. When I got my bags, I knew right off the bat, that the Cream Snake was a keeper. The Blush, however, was not; it did not wow me. It also had a weird (non-leathery) smell to it and didn't feel and look as nice as my other Romas. Consequently, I returned it for a refund (at that time the Ivory Ostrich was on waitlist). Thanks to your post, I called CS and requested that they exchange the Blush for the Ivory Ostrich (at TSV price and easy pay) instead of a refund!

Someone will be happy to get my returns. Mine were PERFECT! Except I couldn't carry them on my shoulder 
Please, no lectures. I know everyone was saying it was meant to carry in the crook of your arm. But LR showed it while she wore on her shoulder and I thought that would work for me. I didn't take into account that she's probably a size 2 and I'm a 12-14!!!! And I had never had a bag like that, with straps that size or anything to compare. I always get hobos or crossbodies and wanted something different.
It actually fit well with just a water bottle in it 
But once I cut off the plastic and put all my stuff in it, including my iPad, and walked around with it I realized I would not be able to use it. It was actually pinching me under my arm. I was so bummed but figured I would be stupid to keep it. So I returned the gorgeous Cream Snake (that's the one that will probably be resold As-Is but trust me it's perfect!) And I also returned the beautiful Black without any of the plastic cut off; I consider it to be in New condition. Hope someone else will give them a good home.
I guess I have to jump on the bandwagon with the others who want a handle just about 2-3 inches longer.
