We go to the beach a lot and my husband doesn't even have a pair of sandals. His birthday is in July so I was going to get him a pair but don't know what brand is a good brand for men's sandals plus being comfortable. Any recommendations would be  helpful,

Spenco has some nice men's sandals and they are actually built with comfort in mind.

My husband loves Keene's.  He gets good support and they aren't heavy.  He prefers the closed toe ones, sort of fisherman style.  He keeps his sandals on even in the sand.  While fishing, he has actually been in the ocean with them.  He hides them off when we get back from the beach.  He has a few other pairs that he wears most places too.

@cuddlesmama, I bought my husband a pair of Olukai for his birthday almost 5 years ago. He LOVED them. He raved so much I bought myself a pair. Five years later I own 4 pair and being a snowbird I wear them about 345 days of the year. My feet like them so much they think they're walking on clouds. They are not inexpensive for flip flops ($65+ at Amazon) - but when you can wear them all day, everyday and you're dogs aren't barking and your legs and back feel great, they are worth every single penny. Teva  do very comfortable sandals.  They can be dried or washed off too.

My husband loves his Spenco slides.  He wasnt a sandal person, but I bought them anyway.  They are very comfortable
