They don't fit. Mine are 1/2 size short ( but I ordered true to size). Going back. Sayin it again... I give up on buying shoes through TV.

I sent mine back too.  I have very small ankles but the ankle strap was so darn tight and if loosened, the velcor would show which didnt look good at all.  The rest of the shoe fit perfect and loved the height.  I was thinking about ordering the Big Deal but it has the same ankle strap.
